週表是我們所用的最可靠的行情指示表之一。價格與時間抗性週表非常有價值，（它）使你能夠在高價格與低價格將要結束前或者在極高價格和極低價格日期來臨之前做出決策。
TheseWeeklyTablescoverperiodsof7daysor1calendarweek.HoweveryoudonotstarttonumbertimeperiodsfromJanuary1orthe1stdayofanymonth.Youbegintocountthetimeperiodsfromtheexactdatesofanyextremehighorlowprice.Youalsousethedatesoftheminorhighandlowpricesbothtobegintocounttimeperiodsfromandtogetpriceresistanceanddetermineachangeintrend.
這種週表以7天，即一日歷週時間為一週期。當然你不必從1月1日或者某個月的第一天開始記錄時間週期。你應該在出現極高或極低價格的精確日期開始記錄時間週期。你也可以以次高（低）價格出現的日期開始記錄時間週期並得到價格抗性且判定行情變化。

TheseperiodsdonotstartwiththecalendaryearbutstartwiththeSpringSeasonMarch20.Theyearisdividedupinto8equalpartsandalsodividedinto1/3swhichgivetwomoretimeperiods.TheseTimePeriodsareasfollows:

TheTablesforTimePeriodsandPriceResistancearemadeuptocover40yearsinthefuture.Youcanalsousethemfor40yearsinthepast.TheseTablesmeasurePriceandTimeResistancefrom6.5to2080.Eachperiodofoneyearor52weeksisshownatthebottomoftheTableandthedivisionoftheyearlytimeperiodsareshownbothfortheSeasonalandNaturalTimePeriodsandfortheproportionatepartsofayearstartingfromthedateofanyhighorlowprice.
所制定的時間週期與價格抗性表貫穿未來40年。你也可以用於過去40年。這些表描述從6.5到2080（賀剛註：2080週，正好40年）的價格與時間抗性。
